After months of planning and designing, the building of your new home is ready to begin. You will find that the construction phase goes easily since you and your design team decided on most of the details in advance, using our well-documented design process.
Similar to our detailed design process our construction process is structured to ensure that every phase is completed correctly and completely. For example, we utilize a Quality Checklist system that is completed by the trades and reviewed by your superintendent to make certain that no details are missed.
We are proud to have excellent employees and long standing relationships with most of our trade partners. You will have an experienced superintendent assigned to your home for the duration of construction and he will oversee all aspects of the project. Stan Custer, Jr. also will visit your home a few times per week to provide a second level of supervision and review progress with the superintendent.
