Stan Custer, Jr. – President
Stan’s commitment to quality and process improvement drives Custer Homes’ continuing evolution to meet, and at times guide, the needs of custom home buyers and businesses looking for custom office space. With a bachelor’s degree in finance and business management from Juniata College, Stan Custer, Jr., spent several years gaining practical homebuilding experience working for his father, the founder of Custer Homes, before becoming president of the company in 1986. Stan’s leadership in the industry includes terms as President of the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Harrisburg and President of the “Hammers” Builder 20 Club, the first professional custom builder group formed by the National Association of Home Builders.
Nicole Clark – Chief Operations Officer
Nicole oversees the internal and external operations of Custer Homes with an eye toward continual improvement and integration of cutting-edge technology. She joined Custer Homes as a construction manager in 1995 and holds a master’s degree in architectural engineering – building construction from Penn State University and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Clarkson University.
Lee Gehman – Chief Financial Officer
Lee is the financial manager for Custer Homes, Inc. and its affiliated entities. Joining Custer Homes, Inc. in 1999, Lee’s vast experience in the home building industry includes 15 years in construction management with a luxury custom homebuilder. He is certified in architectural drafting & design and handicapped-accessible housing design. He also holds an associate’s degree in finance from Harrisburg Area Community College and a bachelor’s degree from Lebanon Valley College.
